Two New Dating Sites Coming Soon
I was contacted by the owner of two soon to be released dating sites and he asked me for my opinion of what he has planned for his sites when they are released. The two Dating sites that are being built are called ‘Meet the Bachelor‘ and ‘Meet the Bachelorette‘, so far I can say this, I do love the names! Before I tell you my thoughts on what is soon to be released into the dating world, here are a few features I was told I was allowed to talk about.
Both of these sites are being built with two main principles in mind. The first is user security and the second is user experience. Lets talk about what is planned for the security end of things for these sites.
Some of the security features of Meet the Bachelorette and Meet the Bachelor
Online Dating can be scary at times and I am sure a lot of people don’t even venture into this area of socializing at all just for security reasons. These two sites plan on separating the single men and the single women unless either invites the other to start chatting. Which to me is great because what this does is stops all the pesty people from bothering others who are serious about Internet dating. There is also going to be a upfront membership fee (a small one I was told) which will also stop millions of people just creating mass profiles which is what happens on free dating sites. With this feature, and I will call it that because it is a huge one, means that once your a member and you search or browse profiles the bio’s your reading are people who all want to be there just like you, and are active. Of coarse the standard privacy issues are covered by your information guarantee to never be disclosed. Also last but not lest is the method of payment you can use for your membership fees, believe it or not PayPal will be offered as a choice so you will never have to disclose your credit card information at all.
There are more security features being built into these sites and more information will be released to you as I get it. The owner is keeping a few things a secret so there is a big grand opening surprise. I can respect that I think, can you?
Lets talk about the user experience of these Internet Dating sites.
There was not much given to me but I was told, both sites will be fun and private at the same time. Women will be able to chat with other women in forums with out men reading what there are saying, there will also be some sort of voting system and exclusive groups for both sites. Kind of like Facebook, but set around the dating world. Also video sharing will also be a huge part of the site and once your a member full web-cam usage will also be included unlike other sites that make you go to another site if you want to use a web-cam or charge more for it.
What are my thoughts of these two sites so far?
I do hold information about what is set to be released in the near future so I am very excited to see the response from the online dating community. I think the over all feel and what is being planned out is a great idea myself. Something new with something old, is always a great way to break into a market and create a buzz.
